Roberto Bettin is a C-level Executive with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector, specializing in strategic leadership, market access and organizational transformation. After holding increasingly responsible roles at national and international level, he completed his entire professional growth path starting from Marketing and Sales, moving through Market Access & Government Affairs up to serving as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager for Southern Europe.
He has managed multidisciplinary teams and complex distribution networks in Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece. He has successfully completed industrial spin-offs, ensuring operational
continuity and achieving consistent growth performance. He has actively contributed to the evolution of the Go-To-Market from the traditional retail world to that of Public Procurement Tenders in Italy and Spain. Roberto has been a member of the General Council of Confindustria Dispositivi Medici and of the Assobiomedica Board, promoting advocacy and sustainability initiatives in the MedTech industry.
He holds a solid academic background in Business Administration from Bocconi University and has completed international leadership programs with Korn Ferry, Novartis and Reckitt Benckiser.

Since his years at the Conservatory he has been a pianist, passionate about music and a SIAE registered author, a vocation that has allowed him to combine creativity and discipline, qualities that reflect his style of visionary and results-oriented leadership.
